SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are an all-volunteer team, most of us with full-time jobs, so some items may take longer to ship than others.
You should receive an email with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you haven't received your item(s) or an email with a tracking number, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any of our items. If an item doesn't fit, we kindly ask that you re-gift the item or donate it to goodwill.
